2 green onions, chopped
1 small bag of your favorite chips crushed (Doritos are great)
Crush chips while still in the bag to fine crumbs, then place fillets in bag, shake bag to coat fillets with chips. In a large skillet add onions and coated fillets, fry on each side till golden brown.
No need for butter as chips contain oil. Try BBQ or Sour Cream and Onion chips.
