Nalibut Fillet with Mushroom Marsala Sauce
- 6 to 8 oz. Halibut fillet per person
- 1 tsp, of unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp. fresh Tarragon
- 2 large sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp.chopped fresh tomatoes
- a lemon wedge
- 1.5oz.Marsala
- 1oz 35% cream
Mushroom Marsala Sauce
- Grill the Halibut on a hot Bar-B-Q until it's marked with grill lines approximately 4 minutes. Remove the fillets from the grill and place in a 45ODeg. oven for 7 to 8 minutes .
- While the fish is in the oven make the sauce.
- Melt butter in the pan add the: chopped tomatoes, mushrooms & fresh herbs sauté for a minute on high.
- Add the Marsala & reduce by half.
- Add 1oz. of 35% cream blend and the sauce is ready
Arrange the fish on a plate with rice and your favorite vegetables pour sauce onto fish , garnish with lemon wedge and enjoy.
